✅ When Returns/Exchanges Are Allowed

We accept return or exchange only if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Wrong size sent (different from ordered size)

  • Item received in damaged/defective condition

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Choosing wrong size/color/design

    • Change of mind after purchase

  • No cash refunds — Only product exchange allowed

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging

  • You must contact us on the same day of delivery 📲

  • Product must be returned/exchanged within 2 days from delivery

To qualify for return/exchange:

✔ A single-shot, unedited parcel opening video is required
✔ Video must clearly show:

  • Entire package

  • Product received

  • Visible issue (wrong/damaged item)

❌ Requests without video proof cannot be accepted
